The guides, product and system explanations, quotation reviews and quotation tools on this site are available free of charge to homeowners. There is no paywall on the advice, and no requirement to buy anything to use it.
What may change
How Glazora may earn revenue as the platform develops.
Many Glazora tools and guides are, and will remain, available free to homeowners. As the platform develops, Glazora may earn revenue from premium advisory services for homeowners, commercial consultancy for organisations that specify and procure at scale, and introductions to suitable window and door businesses. None of this is fixed yet, and this page will be updated as it becomes real rather than in advance of it.
The disclosure commitment
Where money changes hands, you will be told.
Where a commercial relationship exists between Glazora and a business named or introduced to you, it will be clearly disclosed at the point it becomes relevant. You will not have to ask.
The hard rule
Payment will never buy a favourable recommendation.
No business can pay to be recommended, ranked higher, or described more favourably in the advice Glazora gives about which product or system suits a particular property. Commercial relationships may exist alongside that advice — they will never sit inside it.
In practice
What this means if you use Glazora as a homeowner.
- The advice you read is not shaped by who has paid Glazora anything.
- If we ever introduce you to a business with a commercial relationship to Glazora, we will say so at that point.
- Choosing not to use a paid service, now or in future, will never change the quality of the free advice you receive.
- You can always ask how a specific recommendation was reached.
Why we're publishing this before we need to.
